Tinnto Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Tinnto LLC ("Tinnto", "we") is a software development company located at 1111b South Governors Ave STE 28849, Dover, Delaware 19904, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our websites (tinnto.co and tinnto.ai) and in our services, including our messaging platform integrated with the WhatsApp Business Platform ("Tinnto Connect"). 2. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, email, phone number and company when you contact us through our website, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Website usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser and pages visited.
• WhatsApp Business account data: when a client connects their number to Tinnto Connect through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive the identifiers of their WhatsApp Business account and phone numbers, an access token, their message templates and the configuration needed to provide the service.
• WhatsApp messages and contacts: messages sent and received by the connected number, phone numbers and profile names of the people who chat with that number, delivery statuses and, only if the client explicitly authorizes it, their WhatsApp Business App contacts and up to 180 days of chat history.
• Facebook Login data: name and ID of the person who connects the account, used only to complete the connection process.

3. Our role

For messages and contact data of the people who chat with our clients, Tinnto acts as a data processor: we process that data on behalf of and according to the instructions of the client, who is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from their contacts.

4. How we use data

• To provide the service: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on the client's instructions, displaying their conversations, managing their templates and running the automations or AI agents the client configures.
• To provide technical support and answer inquiries.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Who we share data with

• Meta Platforms, Inc., as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform, to send and receive messages.
• Infrastructure providers that host our servers and databases, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• Artificial intelligence providers, only when the client enables AI features, under contractual commitments not to use the data to train their models.
• Authorities, when required by law.

6. International transfers

Tinnto LLC is based in the United States, and some providers may process data in other countries. In all cases we apply security measures equivalent to those described in this policy.

7. Retention

We keep data while the client's account is active. When a client disconnects their number or cancels the service, we delete their messages, contacts and tokens within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), store access tokens encrypted, and limit data access to staff who need it to provide the service.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 10 business days. If you are a contact of one of our clients, you can also contact that company directly.

For individuals in Argentina: you may exercise your rights under Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority responsible for handling complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and not for individuals under 18.
