How to request deletion of your data

You can ask Tinnto LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you or your company at any time.
Request by email
- Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your name, your company name and, if applicable, the WhatsApp number connected to our services.
- We confirm receipt within 5 business days and delete the data within 30 days. We will notify you by email when the process is complete.
If you connected a WhatsApp number
You can revoke Tinnto's access to your account at any time:
- From the WhatsApp Business App: Settings > Account > Business Platform > Disconnect account.
- From Meta Business Suite: Settings > Integrations > Business integrations, and remove Tinnto Connect.
Once we receive the disconnection, we delete the messages, contacts, chat history and access tokens associated with that number within 30 days.
If you are a contact of one of our clients
If you chatted on WhatsApp with a company that uses our services, you can ask that company to delete your data, or write to us directly at [email protected] with your phone number and the name of the company you spoke with.
What we keep
We only keep records we are legally required to retain, such as billing records, for the applicable legal period.
